Here in New Jersey, March is blowing in on the tails of a snowy February.
I think at last count, we've had 15 snow storms! I've lived here my whole life and this is unprecedented! Usually snow will last 2 days here and then it's gone. The past 2 months have looked like a constant white landscape to gaze upon.
Where are we? It can be disorienting. It's so different then what I've known here my whole life.
All this snow gets one thinking!
Perhaps the Universe was telling us all to slow down, and snuggle up by the hearth a little more frequently. To remember that life is unpredictable , in constant change and movement and to slow down and appreciate letting go of schedules and plans once in a while. Instead of 'seizing the day', how about 'embracing the moment'?
Happy hibernating!
